Shipping

Processing time: The time it takes for us to prepare your order. Keep in mind processing time fluctuates based on seasons and sales.

Shipping time: The time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once it has been shipped. Shipping speed varies based on the shipping method selected at checkout.  

Processing takes 7-14 working days after receipt of payment (working days do not include weekends and bank holidays). 

This means once payment is made and received, we will start processing your order which includes sourcing, ensuring every strand of hair is quality checked and controlled, washed, air dried, and packaged correctly.

Once this is done, your package will be shipped and you should receive it within the timeframe of your chosen shipping method. A tracking code will be emailed to you to ensure you know it's on the way.

After an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact them if you do encounter any problems.

UK - Royal Mail Special delivery (Signed for and Tracked): Parcels are expected to arrive within 1-3 working days. 

EU - DHL, UPS or FedEx: Parcels are expected to arrive between 3-7 business days. 

USA - DHL, UPS or FedEx: Parcels are expected to arrive between 3-7 business days. 

We are not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.

Please note that your package may take longer than expected to arrive during busy seasons, strike seasons, public holidays, etc. Customers are not advised to book any hair appointments or hair consultations without receiving and fully inspecting their orders. We will not be held liable for any missed/delayed/cancelled appointments.
