FabHairco is committed to delivering complete customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging, and that the original cable tie remains intact and all tags are still attached.

Items that are returned without the cable ties intact or with missing tags will not be eligible for a refund. Due to hygiene reasons, frontals and closures cannot be returned or exchanged. Return requests must be submitted for an initial assessment.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly advise using a tracked delivery service for your return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted providing the returns process has been accepted. Please note, default processing and shipping times will be applicable to exchanges.  We kindly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure that the correct items have been selected.
