What type of hair do you offer?
We offer single donor raw hair extensions, the highest quality hair in the market. Our hair collection is meticulously sourced and hand selected from India and Vietnam.
How many bundles do I need?
For a naturally full look we recommend the following:
12" - 18": 2-3 bundles
20"-24": 3 bundles
26"-32+": 3-4 bundles
We have carefully curated 300g & 400g sets to take the guesswork out of your install. For added volume, you can purchase individual bundles here. Any hair left over can always be used for another install.
How do I care for my FabHairco products?
To ensure longevity and maintain the quality of your hair:
- Gently wash your extensions, and lace products with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
- Air dry or use a low-heat blow dryer.
- Store your extensions properly in a satin or silk bag to prevent tangling and damage.

How long will my FabHairco extensions last?
With proper care and maintenance, our bundles can last up to 5+ years, depending on your chosen install method (the tracks on bundles used for custom wigs tend to last longer than sew-ins for example).
Our HD closures and frontals last depending on how frequently they are being used and what methods are being used to apply.
If they are applied with glue daily, they typically last between 3 to 6 months.
If used only for special occasions, they can last up to a year.
When applied using the spray method, they can last anywhere from 6 months to 1 year.
Please note, customising lace products including bleaching the knots can impact the longevity.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout based on your delivery address and shipping method. We offer complimentary UK shipping on all orders over £200.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping within the UK, Europe, and the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is ready to ship, your selected shipping method will be used:
- UK Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International: 3-7 business days
We dispatch Monday - Friday. Public holidays are not included. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We ship orders using Royal Mail (UK) & DHL/Fedex/UPS (International).
We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out there is nothing we can do about any corrections. If in any case an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, or an exchange is honoured, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
FabHairco is committed to delivering complete customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging, and that the original cable tie remains intact and all tags are still attached. Items that are returned without the cable ties intact or with missing tags will not be eligible for a refund. Due to hygiene reasons, frontals and closures cannot be returned or exchanged. Return requests must be submitted for an initial assessment.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly advise using a tracked delivery service for your return.
Exchanges are accepted providing the returns process has been accepted. Please note, default processing and shipping times will be applicable to exchanges. We kindly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure that the correct items have been selected.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed immediately to ensure we can deliver to you as soon as possible. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled/ modified once placed.
